David Marx, Principal

David J. Marx, principal of DaCor Financial, is in his twenty-fifth year as a mortgage originator. In that time he has brokered over two thousand loans. David has also been an active member of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers where he served as president of the San Francisco Peninsula Chapter and as an officer on the statewide organization. David is a graduate of the University of San Francisco: Bachelor of Arts in Applied Economics; 1986; and New College of California: Master of Fine Arts in Writing and Consciousness 2005. David and his wife, Sheila are the parents of two teenage boys. His passion is literature; both reading and writing; he is the author of one published novel, Three Eighty-one, and another, Biscuit, for which he is currently seeking a publisher. David's business is derived exclusively from referrals.
